Personal Leverage Plan

You re-explain yourself to AI every morning. Then you rewrite what it gives you.

The Personal Leverage Plan is a written diagnosis of one person's work and a 30-day order of operations. Where AI should sit in your week, what to stop doing, what to install so it stops forgetting you.

Sound familiar

Ten sentences.
Count how many are yours.

I spend more time rewriting AI drafts than I saved by generating them.
I re-explain my work to the chat like it is a new hire, every single day.
My second brain looks impressive and I do not actually use it.
I bought the prompts and the course and I still feel behind.
I am the only one who knows how my work actually works.
I cannot shut my brain off at night because the open loops live only in my head.
I am tired of tools that make me the librarian.
I do not trust AI with anything that matters yet, and that frustrates me.
I keep paying for software I barely open.
I want leverage, not another hobby called productivity.
Three or more and the problem is not discipline. It is architecture. That is what the Plan fixes.
The old plan

You are not starting from zero.
You have scar tissue.

Most people who buy the Plan have already spent money and hope on these. We respect that. The Plan starts by explaining why each one stalled for you.

Better prompts

The output got smarter. It still forgot you by the next tab.

Custom instructions and memory

Too small, too shallow, drifts in a week.

A second brain

You built the house. Then you spent your time maintaining the house.

Another subscription

One more login. One more place your context does not live.

A course

A weekend of theater. Nothing you own on Monday.

More discipline

You blamed your character for an architecture problem.

Who it is for

Built for one person. Not a company.

The plan is about you: your hours, your goals, your work, your blind spots. If the business itself needs a diagnosis, that is the Sovereignty Audit.

This is for you if

  • You are a professional who wants hours back and does not know which AI habit to build first.
  • You own a business and want your own clarity as a person before you touch the company.
  • You freelance or consult and your time is the product.
  • You are a parent or a student juggling more than the day holds.
  • You use AI already and can feel it is only pretty good.
  • You have never used AI and want the right first move, not a course on everything.

This is not for you if

  • You want someone to build it for you. The plan is the map. Implementation is a separate decision.
  • You want a diagnosis of your whole company. That is the Sovereignty Audit, not this.
  • You want a live call or ongoing coaching. This is a written plan and a recorded walkthrough.
  • You want a promise about results. We do not make one. We give you a clear order of operations and the reasons behind it.
  • You want a tour of every AI tool. You will get the few that fit you, with the reason for each.

Not sure which fits? Take the free Leverage Finder. It routes you to one door and tells you why.

The problem

You are not under-invested in AI. You are over-invested in random AI.

A few subscriptions. A few tricks that worked once. No operating layer underneath, so nothing compounds. The gap between pretty good and real leverage is not a better prompt. It is knowing where the intelligence should sit in your week, and what to install around it so it stops forgetting you.

Cost 01

You pay a Context Tax

Context Tax is the recurring loss of time, quality, continuity and intelligence caused whenever you or your tools must rebuild what you already know. Re-explaining yourself to a blank chat. Hunting through six apps for one answer. Being the memory for everything.

Cost 02

You learn in the wrong order

The tools are cheap. The expensive part is a year spent learning the wrong ones for the wrong reason while the one change that would have moved your week stays undone.

Cost 03

Nobody wrote it down for you

Advice is everywhere. A plan built from your real hours, your real goals, and your real blind spots is not. Until it is written, you keep deciding the same thing every Monday.

Same model. Different operator. The Personal Leverage Plan shows you where your leverage is, what to install first, what to skip, and the order that fits the hours you actually have. Offload the typing. Keep the judgment.
What you get

Three things. All of them yours.

Everything arrives as one secure link to your purchase email. Nothing is drip-fed, nothing is behind a call.

Deliverable 01

Guided intake

A structured set of questions about your work, your hours, your goals, how you use AI today, and where you feel stuck. It saves as you go. If you hold an M3 Passport, it prefills from it so you never repeat yourself.

20 to 30 minutes, at your pace
Deliverable 02

Your written Personal Leverage Plan

Written for you by an M3 strategist from your intake. Eleven sections:

  • Executive summary
  • Personal leverage map
  • Immediate, high-impact, and longer-term opportunities
  • Recommended tool stack: purpose, cost band, learning curve, and the reason for each
  • What you will stop doing: a short list, named, so the Plan removes work before it adds any
  • 30-day action order
  • Learning sequence
  • Blind spots and risks
  • The next three decisions
Written document, one secure link
Deliverable 03

Recorded video walkthrough

An M3 strategist walks through your plan on video, 15 to 25 minutes. What matters most, what to do first, where people like you usually stall, and why we chose what we chose. Watch it as many times as you want.

15 to 25 minutes, recorded

M3
Personal Leverage PlanPrepared for Jordan, operations manager
Sample, fictional person
Executive summary
Jordan runs a team of six and is the memory for all of them.

Most of the week goes to answering questions Jordan has already answered. AI use today is a chat window, once or twice a day, starting from zero each time. The leverage is not more AI. It is one owned context layer and three repeatable workflows that run without Jordan restating everything.

Where Jordan stands
Stage 2 of 5: User

Uses AI to write and think. It forgets Jordan when the chat ends. Next rung: Operator.

Agentic Readiness
38 / 100

Intelligence 80. Context 24. Action 35. Ownership 22. Memory 20. Scale 14. Orchestration 8. The intelligence is rented. The infrastructure is not installed.

Estimated Context Tax
9 to 17 hours a month

One to two working days a month rebuilding what Jordan already knows.

Personal leverage map
  1. Immediate: one written context pack (who you are, your voice, what good looks like). Ends the blank-chat restart.
  2. High-impact: the weekly team update, the vendor follow-up, and the meeting recap run as repeatable workflows.
  3. Longer-term: a shared team memory so questions stop routing through Jordan.
Recommended tool stack
Three tools. Not nine.

Each with its purpose, cost band, learning curve, and the reason it made the list. Two of Jordan's current subscriptions are marked stop paying.

30-day action order
  1. Week 1: write the context pack, cancel two tools.
  2. Week 2: build the weekly update workflow.
  3. Week 3: follow-up workflow, first shared memory.
  4. Week 4: review what ran without you. Decide what is next.
Blind spots and risks
Judgment stays with Jordan.

Two places where handing off the typing would quietly hand off the decision. The plan names both and draws the line.

The next three decisions
Written plainly, in order, with the reason for each.
Full plan also includes: the learning sequence (what to learn, in what order, and what to skip) and the recorded walkthrough. Names, numbers, and details above are illustrative.
How it works

Four steps. No meetings.

You do the intake once. We do the thinking you have not had time to do. You get it in writing.

What it is not

Plain about the edges.

You should know exactly what you are buying. Here is what the Personal Leverage Plan does not include.

No live call

The walkthrough is recorded. There is no scheduled meeting.

No coaching

One plan, one walkthrough. Not an ongoing relationship.

No company-wide diagnosis

This is about you as a person. A business with a team needs the Sovereignty Audit.

No implementation

We do not set anything up for you. The plan tells you what to do and in what order.

No result promise

We promise a clear, honest plan. We do not promise an outcome. Your judgment and your follow-through stay yours.

Not credited toward anything else

The plan stands on its own. It does not act as a deposit on another M3 offer.

Price

One price. One plan.

Questions

Before you start.

Is this a call or a course?

Neither. It is a written plan and a recorded video walkthrough made for you. There is no live call and no coaching. You read it and watch it on your own time, then you decide what to do with it.

How long does it take?

You get one secure link at your purchase email within five business days after your intake is complete. Most people finish the intake in 20 to 30 minutes.

What if I do not finish the intake?

Your intake stays open for five business days after purchase. We start the clock when it is complete. If you get stuck, reply to your receipt email and a person will help you finish.

Who writes the plan?

An M3 strategist. Your intake is read by a person, the plan is written for you, and the same strategist records your walkthrough. This is not a generated report with your name pasted in.

Do I need to already use AI?

No. The plan meets you where you are. If you have never used AI, it tells you the right first move. If you use it every day, it shows you what to install around it so it stops forgetting you.

Will you build any of this for me?

No. The Personal Leverage Plan is the map. It tells you what to do, in what order, and why. Implementation is a separate decision, and the plan tells you when it is worth it and when it is not.

Can I put the $1,000 toward something else later?

No. The plan is complete on its own and is not credited toward any other M3 offer. If a later step makes sense for you, the plan will say so, and the price for that step is on its page.

$1,000 one-time. Five business days.

Stop collecting AI apps. Start running your week.

One intake. One written plan. One recorded walkthrough. Where AI fits in your life and work first, in your words, in the right order.
